Synopsis: If the crown prince had been born eight minutes later, he would not be first in line for the throne and all would be well with the world.  When an assassin murders the king, his worst nightmare comes true: he is king.  So, he and his twin brother plot the perfect fake death of the new king.  But they didn't expect political trouble and a paper stealing girl to get in the way.

She calls upon different teens from different backgrounds...who are very different from other people.  These teens have powers that they have kept secret from everyone.  So how does The Girl with the Red Coat know?
